Log It All — Privacy Policy

Epic Custom Apps

← Epic Custom Apps

Effective date: August 16, 2026

Log It All is designed to keep your information private. This policy explains what the app works with, where that information lives, and what we — the developer, Epic Custom Apps — can and cannot see. In short: your data stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own Apple iCloud account. We do not collect it on our own servers, sell it, or use it to track you.

The short version

Information the app works with

Log It All works only with the information you enter to track things:

This information is created and used only to make the app work. Log It All does not ask for your name or account, does not request access to your Contacts, photos, or location, and has no sign-up of its own.

Where your data lives and who can see it

By default your data lives only on your device. If you turn on Sync with iCloud in Settings, Log It All uses Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit to store your data in your own private iCloud account and sync it across your devices that have the app installed. This private data is visible only to you. Because it resides in your iCloud account, Epic Custom Apps does not have access to the contents of your logs. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — they are not sent through us or any server. You can turn them off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Log It All, or within the app.

Importing and backing up

If you import from Track’n’Turn, or restore a backup, Log It All reads only the file you choose and adds its contents to the app. If you back up to a file, that file is created and handed to you through the standard iOS share sheet — you decide where it goes (Files, AirDrop, email). We never receive it.

Diagnostics

Log It All keeps a small technical diagnostics log on your device to help with troubleshooting. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere unless you choose to export it and send it to us for support.

What we do not do

Your choices and deleting data

You control your information inside the app — edit or delete any event type, category, or logged event at any time. To remove everything: delete the app from your device to clear the on-device copy, and, if you used iCloud sync, remove the iCloud copy from Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Log It All → Delete Data. (If you use it on more than one device, delete the app from every device before removing the iCloud copy.)

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above and post the revised version at this address.
